MAIN TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

The present document is a legal agreement between the creator and the manager of the present website “SPONSOR” LLC (TIN: 04440203, hereinafter also a “COMPANY”) and You (hereinafter also a “USER”) and it regulates your access to the website (hereinafter also denominated “SPONSOR WEBSITE”) online services and the provisions of the use.

1. LEGAL AGREEMENT ON USE

  1. 1.1 Becoming a user of SPONSOR website, you accept legal terms of use of the present agreement. You cannot use SPONSOR website if you do not agree with the terms of use on the moment of entering the website. The legal agreement applies to every legal and physical entity, company, citizen, visitor, employee, state authority, local government authority and all the other persons who visit SPONSOR website and/or enter as 'Users'.
  2. Any announcement, information and material in SPONSOR website is protected by the author’s right determined by the legislation of the RA and is considered the intellectual property of the person that uploaded the announcement, information and the material.

2. USE OF WEBSITE

  1. 2.1 You guarantee that you have all the rights, competences and capacity necessary and sufficient to be registered in SPONSOR website and to use it.
  2. 2.2 You are entitled to use SPONSOR website with the aim of information, commercial, non-commercial, advertisement and personal use or any other business objective as a present and/or potential benefactor and/ or client and/ or partner and or beneficiary.
  3. 2.3 In case of uploading the information, material and announcement (Commercial, personal, labor, business, etc…) to SPONSOR website, it is necessary to fulfill the requirements and principles of the legislation of the RA; among them, to accept the equality of rights of the Parties, irrespective of their sex, race, ethnic origin, language, origin, nationality, social state, religion, marital and civil status, age, belief or opinions, membership to Parties, Trade Unions or NGOs and other circumstances not connected with business characteristics of the visitors.
  4. 2.4 Using the services of SPONSOR website, you confirm to bear an exclusive liability for the uploaded information, material, and content of announcement, having all the necessary rights and permissions to upload the given information, material and the announcement, including duplicates, trademarks, commercial secrets, as well as permissions by all the persons mentioned in the text of information, material and announcement.
  5. 2.5 While using the website, not to disseminate offensive, defamatory or other material, information and announcements not permissible in the opinion of the Company.
  6. 2.6 Not to upload proposals containing illegal information, material and announcements on the activity, service, goods or persons.
  7. 2.7 Not to apply any equipment or software which will make an obstacle for the natural functioning of SPONSOR website.
  8. 2.8 Not to realize any other activity that will infringe intellectual property and the author’s rights connected with the published information, materials and announcements or the natural functioning of SPONSOR website.

3․ SPONSOR WEBSITE

  1. 3.1 SPONSOR website creates an online platform for you which will help you to search and to find people, groups, companies (Commercial, non-commercial), state and local government authorities, benefactors and to contact and connect with them by SPONSOR website.
  2. 3.2 We use the information we have in order to make offers to you and the others, for example offers to join certain groups, to take part in the events, to subscribe pages and to send messages, to add certain persons as friends, etc…
  3. 3.3 There are a number of ways to express yourself in SPONSOR website, to connect friends, companies and others with the themes important for you, such as to share the status, the updates, the photos, videos and stories, your production, to send messages to friends and a number of people, to create groups.
  4. 3.4 We offer you a platform to upload advertisement, to make business offers, to offer and to get any kind of assistance, to get to know the products, services offered by a number of companies and organizations, state and local authorities, and other legal and physical entities that use SPONSOR website.
  5. 3.5 SPONSOR website undertakes to make efforts to fulfill its liabilities in compliance with the legal agreement, including the provision of natural way of rendering services of the website and not disclosing personal data to the third persons except for the cases anticipated by law.
  6. 3.6 The Company is entitled to change the terms of the present agreement at its desecration, by initial notice or without it. You know that you use SPONSOR website in compliance with the present terms published by the Company on the moment of use and undertake to get to know all the further changes and/or additions by yourself. Continuing to use SPONSOR website means that you got to know and accepted the amendments and/or additions to the Terms. You undertake to provide that other persons using your internet website and/or computer and mobile equipment also use SPONSOR website in compliance with the terms of the present agreement.
  7. 3.7 The Company is entitled at its own discretion, temporarily, completely or partly to terminate rendering services by your personal page with the objective of technical maintenance and provision of reliability and continuous workflow.
  8. 3.8 The Company is entitled to cancel or terminate the use of your personal page, in case you use SPONSOR website violating the terms of the present agreement, as well as in case the Company has grounds to suppose that the third persons are using your personal page.
  9. 3.9 SPONSOR website uses your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the law of the RA “On personal data protection”.
  10. 3.10 The information in this website may be used only with the objective of provision of information.
  11. 3.11 The Company and SPONSOR website are not an organizer or a Party of the bargain between the users and/or visitors and/or the third persons.

4. CERTAIN LEGISLATIVE NORMS REGULATING THE EXPLOITATION OF SPONSOR WEBSITE

  1. 4.1 Certain characteristics of services being provided by SPONSOR website are determined by the parts 1 and 2 of the article 780.1 of the Civil Code of the RA in compliance of which:

The exploiter of the electronic commercial platform is not obliged to supervise and control the legality and compliance of the content being uploaded by the users of the platform to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, except for the cases when the exploiter of the commercial platform knew or should have known that the content being uploaded by the users had been illegal, obviously non-reliable or obviously not in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
  3. 2. The user of the electronic commercial platform undertakes to demonstrate mandatory information determined by law and to keep it during the whole period of being registered in the seller’s platform (work realizer, service renderer) and after its termination, at least for 1 year, if the law or the contract concluded by the electronic commercial platform exploiter do not anticipate longer period for it.

5. USERS CONFIDENTIALITY RIGHT

  1. 5.1 SPONSOR website provides the confidentiality of its users and their personal data. The Company and SPONSOR website are entitled and you grant us powers to use all the information about the use of SPONSOR website and all the information provided by you in any way which complies with our confidentiality policy. We follow strict standards and procedures of security in order to prevent nonauthorized access to your data. The law of the Republic of Armenia regulates this policy and the use of the present website. This announcement and the policy mentioned in the present article do not anticipate and do not create any contractual or other legal rights for any Party or on behalf of any Party.

6․ PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. 6.1 While uploading any material, information and announcement by SPONSOR website, be attentive.
  2. 6.2 The Company and SPONSOR website do not guarantee protection and liability for any material, information, announcement, offered bargains, goods or services. If you are worried during the conclusion of the bargain, we recommend you once again to connect us by the communication means mentioned in the announcement and to clarify all the issues that worry you. Keep the contact data of the person that made the announcement, details of correspondence, payment and/or documents certifying the delivery. All this may be necessary in order to avoid misunderstanding. If you have any doubts when making any deal, do not make it.
  3. 6.3 SPONSOR website does not undertake any direct, indirect or other liability for the use of the website. The Company and SPONSOR website and their employees and management do not bear liability for the damages, losses, expenses of the visitors and/or users which may originate during the use of SPONSOR website.
  4. 6.4 Do not publish your password, e-mail, address, bank card data, online wallet details, etc… in any case. Dear visitor and/or user, please be attentive and once again we remind you that you bear liability for the information, materials and announcements uploaded in SPONSOR website.

7. PROTECTION AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION

  1. 7.1 SPONSOR website maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behavior, or exploitation of minors.
  2. 7.2 You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, soliciting, distributing, or in any way engaging in content or activity that:
  3. • Depicts or promotes sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors;
  4. • Attempts to communicate with minors for inappropriate, exploitative, or grooming purposes;
  5. • Links to or promotes any external content that may involve CSAM or similar harmful material.
  6. 7.3 If any such content is detected or reported, SPONSOR will:
  7. • Immediately remove the content;
  8. • Suspend or permanently terminate the associated user account(s);
  9. • Preserve relevant data and logs for investigation;
  10. • Report the content to the relevant law enforcement authorities and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or INHOPE network.
  11. 7.4 The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection authorities, in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia and international obligations. This includes sharing user data as required by law in connection with CSAE investigations.

  13. 7.6 SPONSOR website reserves the right to implement automated tools or manual review to identify and block CSAE material and related behavior in real time, in line with legal and ethical obligations.
